Boarding:

Reservations:
Reservations are required for boarding. We are currently taking reservations for boarding stays beginning June 1, 2008. Dog(s) may be dropped off during normal check-in hours or if times outside of the normal check-in hours have been approved in advance. If you have multiple dogs in the same family who get along well and are used to staying together, you can request that your dogs stay in the same cottage (up to a maximum of 3 dogs).

Vaccination Records:
All Dogs Resort requires updated shot records to be on file for each of your dogs.  This is to protect your dog from any potential diseases that may be transmitted by close contact with other dogs. 

We must have written verification from your veterinarian stating that your pet has had all of the required vaccinations before your pet will be admitted to the resort.  You can have your vet email us the records at info@alldogsresort or by FAX at 512-727-7235. Please understand that this is for your dog's protection.  We want your dog's stay with us to be a healthy and happy one.  

For your dog's protection we require the following vaccinations:

• Rabies within three years
• DHPP and Bordatella (to prevent Kennel Cough) annually

If your veterinarian's recommendation for vaccinations are different from our requirements, please follow your vet's advice, and send a note from the vet stating the differences.

*Please note that the Bordatella vaccine is not routinely given as part of your dog's annual vaccinations so normally you must request it from your vet.  It should be given at least 10 days in advance of your dogs stay at All Dogs Resort for it to be effective.

Flea and Tick Prevention:
All dogs are required to be on flea prevention such as Program, Sentinel, Frontline, Advantage, or Revolution. Tick prevention is highly recommended.

Playgroups:
If you would like your dog to participate in play group, they must meet the following requirements:

• pass a temperament test
• be spayed or neutered
• wear a nylon or leather collar with a nametag and a current rabies tag attached. No choke chains, shock collars, or pinch collars are allowed in the resort as they present a hazard to dogs while in playgroup (and we don't like them). If you have one of these, please talk to us about an alternative. Harnesses get caught on fences, and large dogs like to use them as "handles," so please take them off on arrival. Please take your leash home with you.

Meals: We feed the dogs two times a day. In an effort to provide the best care for your dog, we request that you bring your dog's food, along with written instructions for feeding. This helps prevent any upset stomachs or food allergies because of a sudden change in diet. If you do not bring your dog's food, we feed the dogs IAMS Adult Dry dog food.

Medication: If your dog requires any medication, please bring it with you and include written instructions for administering.

Bedding: All of the dog cottages have raised beds for your dogs comfort, but you may bring his favorite blanket, pillow, or comforter. Having something that smells familiar and like home can help relieve stress or anxiety about a new environment.

Toys: You may bring one or two of your dogs favorite toys if you like. Toys are not allowed during playgroup, but they can be used in the private yards. If Fido likes to eat his toys, please don't bring them!

Tuck-in Service: All of the boarding dogs will receive a small treat (unless you request otherwise), one last trip to the yard to take care of their business, and some love and affection just before bedtime.

Special Needs: We're particularly skilled at taking care of pets with special needs, including older dogs with low mobility. Please let us know your dogs special needs and we will try to accommodate them.

Check-in/check-out hours:
Monday-Friday 7:00 am - 9:00 am, 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Saturday 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Sunday 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Early or late check-in/check-out is available for an additional fee.
